Orders, Payment and Delivery

You will receive an email to confirm your order (subject to availability) and the amount payable including postage & handling within 3 working days.
Do note that prices stated here exclude shipping & handling costs
Payment:
We accept payment by ATM, internet banking to our POSB account or by cheque. Please do not send cash. Details will be provided on the confirmation email.
Please make payment within 2 days upon receiving the confirmation email. ATM transfers have to be accompanied with s snapshot of your transaction for verification (No scanned copies).
Kindly inform us via email at petsvillashop@gmail.com after payment has been made. (Write order number and payment made in subject line)
Delivery:
Upon successful receipt of payment, your items will be mailed via Singpost standard mail. Please allow us 2-3 days to sort out and pack your items. We would like to bring to your attention that we will not be responsible for lost of mail for standard mail.
You may request for delivery via registered mail when placing your order with us. Postage fees will be additional S$2.24 to the amount of postage payable via standard mail. Tracking number will be provided.
For deliveries outside Singapore, please email us for a quote.
